No Fry French Fries
by Tammy The parmesan cheese makes these extra yummy-a real favorite with our kids.

Potatoes (4-6)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Place the remaining three ingredients in a zip lock bag and mix together. Toss the potatoe wedges in the zip lock bag until fully coated. Place on a baking sheet which has been lined with tin foil and sprayed with PAM. Bake at 425-degrees for 30 minutes.
